Green Smoke have worked hard on their automatic battery, and its certainly paid off, the battery is great and can last a number of days on a single charge. There is no sign of age as we continue to charge the battery on a daily routine. Without doubt the Green Smoke Reviews scores the battery an impressive 5/5.
Customer Service
Customer service again was excellent, I phonned up and did my misserable customer routine, I pretended I had a problem with my electronic cigarette, again I was rather rude, but I wanted to test them! The customer services team were more than helpful, and sent me a replacement even prior to me returning the so called broken unit. No faults with Green Smokes customer service and therefore green smoke reviews for customer service scores a great 5/5
Price Vs Quality
Overall the Green Smoke Cigarette is a great product but unfortunetely is on eof the more expensive ecigarettes on the market, although you pay a little more, you will not be upset with the quality that you receive. All in all a great company and an impressive 4/5 for price, but 5/5 for quality.

Received my Green Smoke yesterday and can't put it down! Loving it!!! I'm smoking the mentol, its by far the best. What's your favorite?

Worst experience ever! Green Smoke shipped a package to me USPS. Tracking says the package was delivered but not to me. Both shipping confirmation e-mails are sent to me with wrong addresses on them. I verified my address was correct in Green Smoke's system through their website. I brought this to their attention and they assured me that the packages ship via the info on their website. They are nice enough to send me another package. Same thing. I called them and asked for a refund and was told to take it up with USPS who told me that I can get a refund through them if the package was insured. I called back Green Smoke and asked several times whether or not they insured the package before getting the answer of "no". WHY, if you were reshipping a package to a customer would you not require a SIGNATURE or a the very least INSURE IT?!?! The official company line is that it's not their problem. I'm out $239.95. Don't make it your problem. Stay away from Green Smoke. Their product may be good but I have fallen through a serious crack in their method of delivery.
Response: That is really unfortunate, I haven\'t heard of this before. As you say though the product is great, and its very unusual that Green Smoke will not refund you, I guess its a case of he said she said. Have you had other mail disapear?
Green Smoke is ranked number 1 on product and quality, one of the categories we used to score the companies on was customer service, and until now, there were no complaints. I guess there is always going to be one bad experience, just sorry it was with you!

GreenSmoke Review
After buying into the two-piece Green Smoke ecigg system, the company have just released a new cartridge!
The old carts, were ok, well I thought they were great, but the new carts a great!
I'm happy to say it has delivered.
I received a shipment of newer carts this week and they are a vast improvement. My "menthol ice" carts are smooth, long lasting and deliver the throat hit I had missed. I haven't tried Green Smoke's limited variety of other flavors but if the improved menthol taste is any indication, it's a spike in overall product quality.
Response: Yes, Green Smoke have just improved their cartridges, I\'m also a big fan!

Green Smoke Review
Hey, I bought Greensmoke and Riva 510 and so far I love the Greensmoke and I'm not a huge fan of the Riva.
Granted, the Greensmoke was more expensive but I find that I like the smaller design and I like not having a button that needs to be pressed (which the Riva does have)
I also assumed when I bought the e-cigs that I would like the tobacco flavor a lot more than anything else,
but I found that while smoking either the Riva or the Greensmoke the sort of leaves a sweet after taste which I didn't expect and I actually enjoy it quite a bit.
I also never liked menthol cigarettes but I loved the menthol cartridge that came with the Greensmoke.
Anyway I also like the idea of removing myself as far as possible from smoking regular cigarettes, so trying different flavors that are sweet / foodlike is appealing as opposed to trying to get tobacco flavor.
I never thought I'd say that because initially I was disappointed that the Greensmoke didn't taste as much like tobacco as I had wanted it to.
Anyway the problem with this is that I like the Greensmoke but they don't make refillable cartridges. I did however see tutorials on youtube for how to refill them and so for the time being I'll be doing that and eventually hopefully they'll come out with empty cartridges that I can refill.
I must say I'm thrilled to have found something to get me away from smoking, even though I only smoked for the past five years off and on (off only because of guilt about the health effects, I've always ENJOYED smoking) and I think it's absolutely incredible to find something that can potentially have no harmful side effects whatsoever.
I think if I could get myself satisfied with no nicotine at all it would be amazing.

Green Smoke Review
Ok, so I got my green smoke kit today and have been vaping for quite a few hours.
First it was pretty great. It produces a decent amount of vapor, but not as much as I\'d like.
As the hours went by my long batt died. It probably lasted about 4-5 hours. I started charging it and went straight to the short batt. It died about 2 hours later while my other was still charging. It was disappointing, but I held up until the other charged, which took about 3-4 hours.
The carts are alright, but get a burn\'t taste pretty quick, they do last quite a while with heavy vaping though.
So, now the trouble starts. My long batt was finally recharged and the first thing I noticed is it takes a harder drag for the batt to kick up. The batt is also cutting off after about 2 seconds at times. At this point, sometimes it won\'t even fire up. I have to take a few drags for it to even start. It kind of annoying at the least.
So here\'s the results so far:
Cart flavour - 6/10
Cart life - 7/10
Battery - 2/10
Vapor - 7/10
Overall - 22/40
To be honest, I don\'t think I\'d recommend this PV. You\'re mostly paying for the name, which I figured. Thanks for reading!
Response: Thanks for the honest review, I personally think there is a problem with your battery, Green Smoke have sorted this out as they use to get a lot of these problems. I\'m guessing you bought this a while back. If you didn\'t then ring Green Smoke, they will replace your battery imediately, no questions asked.
